These fees are determined taking into account your personal situation and various factors, such as the urgency, the interests at stake and the nature and complexity of the case.<\/p>\n

In addition, in certain cases and always with your agreement, a contingency fee (\u2018success fee\u2019) may be applied.<\/p>\n

The costs incurred for services (secretarial fees, registered mail, etc.) are billed to the client as a percentage of the fees.
\nThese services are subject to VAT.<\/p>\n

Disbursements (bailiff’s fees, experts, court fees, etc.) will be advanced by the solicitor or paid directly in accordance with the initial agreement.
